Ben Cat basically fulfills new-style rural construction for 2011-2016 period

Early December 5, an investigation delegation of provincial New-Style Rural Construction Program, led by Nguyen Tan Binh, Director of provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development had a working session with Ben Cat town.

Under the National Target Program on New-Style Rural Construction for the period of 2011-2016, Ben Cat town had 3 communes and 1 ward meeting criteria of the program. The town’s annual average growth reached 22% with the average income per capita of VND73.9million. Addressing at the meeting, Nguyen Tan Binh spoke highly of the efforts by the town’s entire political system in new-style rural construction while emphasizing that the town needs to further make efforts in improving the quality of communes recognized as new-style rural ones.
