“Clean message and path together with needy children to school” festival held

The Women’s Union of Tan Thanh commune in North Tan Uyen district in collaboration with the commune’s People’s Committee, Trade Union and Young Pioneer Organization has just held a festival on “Clean message and path together with needy children to school”.

Accordingly, the town’s Women’s Union called for all members to effectively carry out 3 “clean house, clean kitchen, clean alley” criteria; made propaganda work to raise women and pupils’ awareness of environmental hygiene; take part in making environmental hygiene, classifying daily waste and collecting waste products to the “Scholarship Fund for Poor Pupils to School”. Members of the town’s Women’s Union also cleaned up DH411 street and Tan Thanh primary school.

On this occasion, the town’s Women’s Union also awarded 6 scholarships to the offspring of members with difficult circumstances. It is known that each scholarship includes 10 notebooks and VND400,000.
