Farmers’ movements of emulation group No.6 under review

Provincial Farmers’ Association, on December 12, held a conference to review farmers’ movements and activities of the emulation group No.6 in 2019, including Binh Duong, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Dong Nai, Binh Phuoc, Binh Thuan, Ninh Thuan, HCM city, Tay Ninh, Long An and Tien Giang, in attendance of Nguyen Van Loc, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee’s Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of provincial Fatherland Front Committee.

At the conference, the Farmers’ Associations of localities in the emulation group No.6 gave their brief reports on farmers’ movements in 2019. Delegates also discussed the emulation group’s joint program and plan for the 2019-2023 period.

Accordingly, the emulation group in the 2019-2023 period will jointly organize propaganda activities; support production, consumption linkage for farmers and enterprises; hold social welfare activities, helping needy farmers; mobilize resources from organizations and individuals at home and abroad to implement programs, projects on enhancing ability of cadres at all levels, developing models on socio-economic development, sustainable poverty reduction…
