Farmers Union of North Tan Uyen District grants loans of nearly VND18 billion

 Nguyen Van Huy, Farmers Union's Chairman of North Tan Uyen District, said as of 31st Dec 2020, the total outstanding loans of the district were nearly 18 billion VND with 481 borrowers. The union developed 55 projects and established 9 cooperative groups, 4 branches of professional associations, and 3 cooperatives.

With a total capital of more than 18 billion VND (including trust fund of the province, district fund, and its own fund), the implementation of agricultural production projects in the district has contributed to improving living standards of farmer members. Mr. Nguyen added that Management Board and Executive Board of the District Farmers Support Fund actively advised the Party, local authorities to promptly solve difficulties, so that people could take out loans to do business effectively.
