Hotline number 19009095 accepts calls reporting Covid-19

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tien, Deputy Director of the Provincial Center for Disease Control, said that the implementation of Official Letter No. 4042/BYT-VPB1 dated July 28, 2020 of the Ministry of Health regarding the notification of the unique use of hotline number 19009095 to receive calls from people to report Covid-19.

In recent years, the Ministry of Health has operated the hotline of the health sector (19009095) and the customer care consultant number of the Central Hospital for Tropical Diseases (1900-3228) to answer and answer the complaints of people in the prevention of diseases Covid-19.

Following the direction of the ministry's leaders, from August 1 to 2020, the Ministry of Health used only the hotline number of the health sector (19009095) to respond to people's feedback in prevention of the Covid-19 epidemic.
