Investment policy of 170 projects submitted to PPC

According to provincial Department of Construction, in the past 9 months, the department advised Provincial People's Committee about the approval of investment in 36 projects, land use scale of about 93.67 hectares with 11,461 houses. Accumulated from 2016 to Sep 2020, provincial Department of Construction submitted to Provincial People's Committee the investment of 170 projects, with a total land use area of about 835.53 hectares, total constructed floor area of about 12.27 million m2 (equivalent to 65,554 houses); transfered use rights of lands with technical infrastructure for people to build 10 projects themselves; advised PPC to approve housing prices for 4 cases; announced 6 projects eligible for capital mobilization in the form of future sale of houses.

The Department participated in the appraisal of 64 works at the request of provincial Court and Judgment Enforcement Bureau; checked the list of customers registering to buy social houses of 5 projects; held examinations and granted real estate brokerage certificates to 154 cases.
