Models studying, following Uncle Ho’s ideology, morality and lifestyle implemented

In the period of 2016-2018, Thuan An town’s Youth Union have set up many youth works in association with the Politburo’s Directive No.05-CT/TW on “Acceleration of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle” in all aspects, absorbing nearly 30,000 Youth Union members.

Particularly, the town’s Youth Union coordinated with relevant units to build a “red scraf” house worth VND1million to a poor pupil; offer nearly 1,000 scholarships and bicycles to poor-but-excellent pupils, nearly 1,000 gifts to policy beneficiary families, poor children; give approximately 150 units of blood; provide free medical check-up and medicine for 1,000 policy beneficiaries, lonely elderly people and children with difficult circumstances; upgrade more than 500 meters of rural roads…The town’s Youth Union also offered 40 wastebaskets to lodging youth sub-unions; planted green trees…

Truong Van Khanh, Vice-Secretary of Thuan An town’s Youth Union said that the town’s Youth Union and its branches have organized models studying and following Uncle Ho’s ideology, morality and lifestyle in line with real situations. Many Youth Union branches have bravely realized salient models, namely “365 days following Uncle Ho’s teachings”, “Tu Van Phuoc scholarship fund”, “Gym for young workers”…
