New regulations on procedures for enterprise establishment registration

The Government issued Resolution No. 136 / NQ-CP on simplifying administrative procedures, civil papers related to population management within the competence of Ministry of Planning and Investment. Accordingly, the registration of enterprise establishment will have a change in the composition and content of forms and declarations in the coming time.

Specifically: Regarding the composition of dossiers, the component of "Copy of identity card, passport or other lawful papers" shall be abolished when carrying out registration procedures for enterprise establishment. Regarding forms and declarations, replacing the provision on "permanent address, nationality, identity card number, passport number or other legal personal identification" into "personal identification number" in application form and enterprise registration certificate; replacing information about citizens and identity card in the form of documents, applications, declarations ... to register the establishment of enterprises by information: "family, middle name and birth name; personal identification number".
