Party building improved to well lead production and business operations

Continuing the well building of the Party in political, ideological and organizational aspects, stepping up public relations and mass organizations in association with leading the performance of production and business tasks, and striving to achieve and exceed the plan's targets are a number of key tasks for the Party Committee of Enterprise Block in the second half of 2017.

According to the evaluation, in the past 6 months, the Party Committee of Enterprise Block has focused on leading and directing the fulfillment of targets and tasks according to the Party Committee's resolutions. The grassroots party committees and members have strictly observed the regulations and guidelines on Party building and working regime, ensuring the provisions of the Party's Statute. The mass organizations have carried out the functions and tasks to organize movement activities, taking care of material and spiritual lives of laborers. Production and business operations in the block are stable and developed.

Specifically, in the field of ideological education, the Committee has instructed its grassroots to thoroughly grasp the resolutions and conclusions of the fourth Conference of the Central Committee of the twelfth CPV for officers and members at agencies and units. Plan No. 30-KH /TU on the implementation of the Politburo's Plan No. 04-KH/TW to implement Resolution No. 04-NQ/TW on "Strengthening Party reorganization and reorganization; to prevent, repel the degeneration of political thoughts and ethics of life”, "self-evolution", "self-transformation" within as well as the implementation plan of the Politburo's Directive No. 05-CT/TW on "Learning and following Ho Chi Minh's ideas, ethics and life style", organizing the Good Lecturer Contest to propagate the resolutions of the twelfth Party Congress, Resolution of the tenth Provincial Party Congress and Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo have been carried out.

In addition, the Committee has also focused on the importance of developing of new Party grassroots and members. In the first half of the year, the branches and the grassroots have dispatched 320 people to participate in the cognitive training course of Party organization. The Committee has considered and admitted 139 elites to the Party, reaching nearly 70% of the 2017’s target. In particular, the Standing Board of the Committee has decided to set up two grassroots.

In the first 6 months, the activities of the enterprises in the block have been stable and well developed, achieving the targets of revenue and profits and fulfilling tax obligation. Enterprises have also abided by and strictly implemented the regimes and policies under the laws, ensuring the security and order, safety, labor and environmental sanitation in units and enterprises.

Tran Van Men, permanent Deputy Secretary of the Committee, ​​said that till the end of 2017, the Committee will focus on fulfilling the task of building the Party and the tasks of production and business. Specifically, based on guidance of the Central Committee and the provincial Party Committee, plans for the implementation of the conclusions and resolutions of the fifth resolution of the twelfth Central Committee of CPV, construction of plans to thoroughly implement Resolution of the sixth Conference of the twelfth Party Central Committee for officers and members have been established. Particularly, the branches and the Party committees continue to promote the learning and following ideas, ethics and style of President Ho Chi Minh, in association with the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Central Committee and the movement models.

For production and business tasks, the grassroots party committees shall refer to their production and business plans to coordinate with the enterprises' leaders in directing and executing tasks till fulfillment. Production and business activities have reached and exceeded production and business norms in 2017. At the same time, the regulations and regimes and policies towards laborers are fulfilled. Administrative reforms, especially in fields related to the enterprises are accelerated.

Speaking to direct the task of the last 6 months of the year, Huynh Thanh Long, Member of the Standing Committee of the provincial Party Committee, Vice Chair of the provincial People's Council noted that the provincial administration needs to implement well the care for material and spiritual lives of the workers. The implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW is attached to the implementation of the fourth Resolution of the twelfth Party Central Committee to necessarily to correctly identify the degradation manifestations to timely prevent and fight against.
