Party mass mobilization works continue to be in-depth developed

On the morning of July 26, provincial Party Committee held a preliminary sum-up conference on mass mobilization works in the first half of the year, deploying directions and tasks in the last 6 months of 2017. Mr. Pham Van Canh, Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of , Provincial People's Council; and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Liem, Provincial Party Standing Committee Member, Head of Party Mass Mobilization Committee, Chairman of Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, chaired the meeting.

In the first half of the year, the Party's mass mobilization works continued to have good changes and be deepened. In particular, ass mobilization works of the government changed step by step the perception, especially the reform of administrative procedures, the building of behavior, improving working style, raising awareness, attitude towards the people to be closer to the people. Party committees and heads of localities and bodies have regularly paid attention to directing the enforcement of grassroots democracy regulations in various forms, thus promoting grassroots democracy activities; promoting the spirit of democracy, openness and transparency, limiting negative sides, strengthening the prevention of bureaucratic manifestation, corruption, embezzlement and wastefulness; contributing to building a strong political system, strengthening solidarity, internal unity and consolidating the people's confidence in the Party and the State; building and maintaining harmony in the relationship between employees and employers; creating a motive force for the effective implementation of the province's socio-economic development, defense and security targets.

Concluding the conference, Mr. Canh acknowledged and appreciated provincial mass mobilization works in the first 6 months. He emphasized that Party committees, authorities, VFF and socio-political organizations, agencies and bodies should continue to effectively implement resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Party on mass mobilization associated with the implementation of the 4th Party Central Resolution; strictly organize public relations activities of state agencies at all levels; strengthening the movement of "good mass mobilization" in the period 2016-2020 associated with the continued implementation of Political Bureau's Directive 05-CT / TW ...
