Building up strong Trade Union

One of top tasks done by provincial Ips’Trade Union since being established is to carry out membership admission and build up a strong organization. That’s reason why the Trade Union over the past time paid attention to improving its operational contents and forms as well as the quality of cadres. Till now, the Trade Union has had a total of 393,000 branches with nearly 123,000 members.

The Trade Union also realized a variety of significant activities for members and laborers over the past time. Noticeably, it set up and maintained a “mutual affection, mutual love” fund with a goal of offering help to laborers with extremely difficult circumstances. And the fund actually upheld its efficiency only after a short time of operation.

Operational quality enhanced

After 15 years of development, provincial Ips’Trade Union has reached in-depth development with practical activities such as opportunely visiting and offering help to laborers when facing difficulties; giving gifts for those who are not able to return home for Tet…

As of late 2016, there were 375 out of 393 enterprises with Trade Union locals setting up working regulations; 338 setting up, adjusting salary scales and payrolls; 157 with collective labor deals; 63 organizing conferences for staff; 137 holding periodic dialogues with laborers…Provincial Ips’Trade Union also organized many consultancy programs on policies regarding laborers.

Especially, the Trade Union and its branches have regularly launched many emulation movements, especially the “Working well, working creatively” emulation movement. Through the emulation movements, there are more than 1,000 technical initiatives and useful solutions from laborers every year, contributing to bringing tens of billion of dong in benefit to enterprises.

Le Nho Luong, President of provincial Ips’Industrial Park said that the Trade Union will further promote activities for the sake of laborers, raise the quality of activities of trade union locals in both content and form; boost a task of signing collective labor deals towards building up harmonious and stable labor relations; improve law dissemination among laborers; focus on training skills for laborers at requirements of the new context; strengthen emulation movements, including the “Working well, working creatively” emulation movement…

With the efforts for the sake of laborers, provincial Ips’Trade Union is not only a fulcrum of laborers, but also a place helping enterprises build up harmonious and stable labor relations.
