Provincial War Veterans ‘Association actively gets involved in revolutionary activities, helps members in economic development

Early January 14, Tran Van Nam, member of Tran Van Nam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Head of provincial National Assembly deputy delegation had a working session with provincial War Veterans ‘Association.

At the working session, Mr.Nam exchanged the association about some issues pertaining to models on organization, personnel, working budget…In 2020, the association and its branches actively took part in the local revolutionary movements; carried out social welfare policies pertaining to them; coordinated with the Bank for Social Policies to provide more than 10,300 households with loans. The fund of the association also provided more than VND25.2billion in loan for nearly 2,300 members. In addition, the association also extracted more than VND1.4billion from its fund to visit, offer gifts to members on Tet and great holidays.

Provincial War Veterans ‘Association now has 73 enterprises, 7 cooperatives, 120 farmsteads…headed by war veterans, generating jobs for more than 31,000 laborers.
