Regulation on the control of terrestrial animal and animal product transportation in Binh Duong province

Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 09/2018 / QD- UBND regulating the control of terrestrial animal and animal product transportation in Binh Duong province. The decision takes effect on 1 May 2018. This regulation applies to State agencies involved in management activities; Organizations and individuals involved in activities of controlling the transportation of terrestrial animals and animal products in the province.

Transported animals for slaughter purposes must have a clear origin, with no clinical signs of contagious disease; Veterinary hygiene certificate... Animals transported in the province for breeding purposes must be controlled by veterinary hygiene records; The records must show clearly the age, sex, origin, destination and time of vaccination of animals. Fresh and semi-processed animal products processed transported in the province must have a clear origin; ensure the requirements of veterinary hygiene; Ensure relevant standards and regulations on food safety.
