To accelerate non-cash payments in healthcare and education

Following the directive of Provincial People's Committee on accelerating non-cash payment in fields of health care and education, provincial Department of Health asked medical units in the province to implement this regulation.

Accordingly, Provincial People's Committee directed Department of Education - Training, Department of Health, Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs urgently require schools and hospitals in urban areas (and encourage in other areas) to cooperate with credit institutions and payment intermediaries to collect tuition and hospital fees by non-cash payment methods; make public official accounts of the units and have specific instructions on payment through these accounts; install devices that accept card payment or QRCode payment or software on mobile phones... at schools and hospitals so that people easily and conveniently pay tuition fees, hospital fees without cash. This job must be completed before Dec 2019.
