Young physicians with volunteer journey

On April 19 and 22, provincial Youth Federation and Young Physicians’ Club cooperated with the Young Physicians’ Clubs of Bau Bang district, Dau Tieng district and district 8’s Health Center in HCM city to provide free medical check-up, medicine and gifts for 1,000 policy beneficiaries in 2 communes of Long Nguyen and Lai Hung in the framework of the “9999 Tet” program.

In 2019, the program is implemented with the theme of “Journey of young physicians” with new features, aiming to improve the quality of public healthcare. This year, a ceremony to launch the program was held in Long Nguyen commune with such practical activities as providing free medical check-up, medicine for 1,000 policy beneficiaries and poor families in Long Nguyen and Lai Hung communes.

It is known that Binh Duong is one of the country’s localities winning the “9999 Tet” award worth VND1billion organized by AIC Group. Accordingly, the program will award 200 scholarships worth VND1billion to poor-but-excellent pupils and provide free medical check-up for 1,000 people.
