100% of communes, wards and townships get social policy credit

Over the past 20 years, policy credit programs were actively implemented to the people in the fastest, most convenient and effective way. Social policy credit capital was invested to 100% of communes, wards and townships in the province.

Policy credit activities at the province’s Social Policy Bank system have actively contributed to helping 43,627 households get out of poverty; attracted and created jobs for 181,362 employees; offered help to 43,585 students with difficult circumstances to cover school fees; built and repaired 282,098 works on clean water and sanitation; built and bought 707 social houses for the subjects; paid wages for production recovery to 124,103 employees…

Possibly speaking, social policy capital has helped solvie basic and essential problems of life for the poor and other policy beneficiaries, contributing to realizing goals on sustainable poverty reduction. Beneficiaries are entitled to access to the State's preferential credit capital for production-business and job creation; familiarize themselves with borrowing and repaying bank loans, improving production and business, and using capital effectively, raising income, improving the quality of life, rising out of poverty. In particular, social policy credit has a direct impact on repelling and preventing the negative impact of black credit on the lives of poor, near-poor households and other policy beneficiaries.
