170 gifts presented to the disabled in Phu Giao

On the Vietnam Day of People with Disabilities (April 18), provincial Sponsoring Association for Disabled People, Orphans and Poor Patients in collaboration with the People’s Committee of Phuoc Hoa and Tan Hiep communes in Phu Giao district has visited and presented gifts to the disabled and orphans in the two communes.

The association gave 145 gifts worth VND210,000 each for the local disabled people. Of these, 80 were for disabled people in Tan Hiep and 65 for those in Phuoc Hoa.

The same day, the association also visited and presented 25 gifts worth VND210,000 to learners at Phu Giao district’s Vocational Training Center for Disabled People.

It is known that the charity program has a total value of VND35.7mln, funded by provincial Sponsoring Association for Disabled People, Orphans and Poor Patients and Minh Dung Veterinary-Aquaculture Medicine Co.Ltd.
