38 entries take part in the contest to learn about 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory

Responding to the competition to learn about 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory and 70th anniversary of the Geneva Conventions with the theme "Dien Bien Phu - Fatherland’s aspirations" organized by the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army and Dien Bien province, agencies, units and localities in the entire armed forces of Binh Duong province had 38 entries participating in the contest.

Among the submitted entries, there are many meticulously invested works using many materials for decoration, expressing intelligence, creativity... which are highly appreciated by the jury. The Provincial Military Command selected 10 works of the best quality to submit to the Military Region competition according to regulations.

The contest is to learn historical knowledge of the Dien Bien Phu victory and the Geneva Conventions; At the same time, it demonstrates the pride, patriotism, and deep gratitude of the people and youth of the country to the correct and creative policies and guidelines of resistance and military of the Party and President Ho Chi Minh in the Dien Bien Phu campaign; is a continuation of the revolutionary spirit, the will to be self-reliant and determined to win of our army and people, which has been upheld by the young generation in the current process of building and protecting the Fatherland.

The contest is for Vietnamese citizens living, studying, and working at home and abroad, with two forms: online interactive multiple choice test and essays. Essays will be graded at the provincial level, then the best entries will be selected to participate in the central level competition.

The contest to learn about the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu victory and the 70th anniversary of the Geneva Conventions with the theme "Dien Bien Phu - Fatherland’s aspirations" is a meaningful activity to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu victory.
