Binh Duong Youth "Continue the tradition - Step into the future"

On the morning of May 6, at Iron Triangle Tunnel Relic Area (Ben Cat City), Binh Duong Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee in coordination with the Provincial Veterans Association’s Standing Committee organized a meeting "Continuing the tradition - Firmly stepping into the future" celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024). Attending was Bui Thanh Nhan, Standing Member, Head of the Provincial Party Mass Mobilization Committee.

At the program, delegates reviewed the glorious victory of the Dien Bien Phu campaign; met soldiers participating in the Dien Bien Phu campaign in 1954.

Speaking at the meeting, Tran Thi Diem Trinh, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, on behalf of the province's youth, expressed her deep gratitude to officers and soldiers participating in the victorious Dien Bien Phu campaign. She said that in recent times, patriotic emulation movements of Youth Union and Youth Federation levels in the province have created great material and spiritual strength for the Youth Unions to successfully complete its assigned tasks.

To continue to effectively implement patriotic emulation movements, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee has been actively promoting the campaign "Building role model values for Vietnamese youth in the new era" for period 2023-2027. Particularly in 2024, Binh Duong youth will carry out a campaign with 4 criteria: steadfast bravery; pioneering action; creating endless; desire to rise.

On this occasion, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee in coordination with the Provincial Veterans Association Standing Committee gave 20 gifts to policy families who contributed to the revolution in the province.
