Youth creativity promoted during Youth Month

Youth Month 2024 with the theme "Youth volunteers for community life" has been carried out enthusiastically and effectively by all levels of Youth Union in the province. Many newly projects and tasks have promoted the creativity of youth in building the homeland and the country.

Connect and create effective activities

As part of a series of pioneer and volunteer activities in the 2024 Youth Union, celebrating the 93rd anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Provincial Police’s Youth Committee coordinated with Ben Cat Town Youth Union to organize a series of practical and meaningful activities in Ben Cat town. In order to implement activities to contribute to building new rural areas, police officers and local youth union members cleaned, sanitize, and renovate rural roads and community play areas for children. Used tires are painted, recycled, and given new eye-catching colors by skillful hands of volunteers.

Lieutenant Ho Thanh Thao, Deputy Head of the Provincial Police Youth Department, said: “Recycling old tires into useful items is becoming increasingly necessary, because as people's demand for travel and trade increases, it means that many old tires will be thrown away into the environment. Recycling old tires has created a green - clean - beautiful space for local children, contributing to protecting the environment, spreading green lifestyle and raising awareness of environmental protection in the community".

Along with the above activities, in this year's Youth Month, Youth Committee of the Provincial Police and Youth Union of Ben Cat Town organized many volunteer activities for the community, such as: medical examination, medicine distribution, giving gifts to 100 people; visit and give gifts to Vietnamese heroic mothers; meet and give gifts to reformed youth. Especially new to this year's Youth Month activities, the Provincial Police Youth Committee organized the program "Accompanying the commune and town police" by visiting and giving gifts to the commune and town police force; organized training on the use of support tools for hamlet police forces and commune self-management groups; conducted night patrols in Ben Cat town to ensure local security and order.

For the partnership between units, Youth Unions of Dau Tieng District and Dau Tieng Rubber Company also awarded 10 gifts to students having difficult circumstances; visited and gave gifts to former youth volunteers and policy families; organized activities of the Young Theory Club with the theme "Forever illuminating the revolutionary path of youth"; digitized documents and information about relic sites; painted, embellished, cleared and cleaned relic sites... Through joint activities, solidarity between units has been increased, increasing the efficiency of projects and tasks; solved some problems that face the localities...

Promote creativity

With the theme "Youth volunteers for community life", Youth Union levels in the province have implemented many creative ways, suitable to the characteristics of each locality. At the beginning of this year's Youth Month, Thuan An City Youth Union carried out the "Sentiment Bridge" project worth 150 million VND; project donated 800 digital signatures to Youth Union members; launched "Youth join hands to build a beautiful neighborhood" and gratitude activities. In addition, during this Youth Month, the city Youth Union and its facilities will carry out key activities, including: gratitude activities, visiting and giving gifts to former Youth Union officials; commending and rewarding good union branch secretaries, union officials, union members, and outstanding young party members; lifelong care for 5 policy families; awarding the "Ho Van Men - Lighting up dreams" scholarship; program "Reunion Day", festival "Happy and healthy children progress to the Union", sports festival for Youth Union officials; launched "Volunteer Peak Day to support people in performing online public services"...
