400 Tet gifts for disadvantaged children

On January 7, provincial Children's Fund organized the 15th spring journey with disadvantaged children 2022 in Tan Uyen town and North Tan Uyen district. The event was attended by Tran Thi Kim Lan, Vice-Chairwoman of provincial Fatherland Front Committee.

At the event, 400 disadvantaged children had a chance to enjoy joyful art performance items and were given Tet gifts worth VND 280 million, funded by socio-economic organizations and donors...

In 2021, despite being affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, sponsors and enterprises still gave love to the local disadvantaged children. Through the program, these children can enjoy a joyful and warm spring with their families and relatives. Nguyen Ngoc Hang, Deputy Director of provincial Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs hopes that these children will try harder in studying and be more obedient so as not to disappoint the love that the whole society has given them.
