54 outstanding young workers nationwide honored

On the evening of May 13, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union organized the 14^th national program honoring "outstanding young worker" 2023 at Binh Duong provincial Convention and Exhibition Center. At the event, the Youth Union Central Committee presented a reportage of the award "Outstanding young worker"; organized exchanges with 3 examples of "Outstanding young workers". In addition, the Youth Union Central Commission organized the awards ceremony for 54 examples of "outstanding young workers".

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Anh emphasized that building high-quality human resources is an important key to success. One of the core forces is workers, engineers, and skilled workers - who directly produce goods and provide services to domestic and foreign consumers. The Youth Unions at all levels should further coordinate with relevant ministries, sectors, agencies and local authorities to promote training, develop and improve vocational skills for young workers to build a contingent of workers who have educational qualifications, professional skills, ability to quickly absorb and master new technologies, contributing to improving labor productivity, production and business efficiency while solving a problem on the shortage of high-quality human resources for the country in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and deep international integration...
