Binh Duong provincial People's Committee has just issued Plan No. 2569/KH-UBND to provide full and partial online public services, eligible for non-receipt of paper documents and online information service in carrying out administrative procedures in the local area.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 1384/QD-UBND, approving the list of administrative procedures under the handling competence of departments, agencies, district and commune People's Committees to perform online public and information delivery services.

Specifically, 697 out of 1,893 administrative procedures are for implementing online public services; in which the provincial level has 511 administrative procedures, the district level has 142 administrative procedures, the commune level has 44 administrative procedures; 692 out of 1,893 administrative procedures to partially implement public services online; in which the provincial level has 634 administrative procedures, the district level has 44 administrative procedures, the commune level has 14 administrative procedures; 504 out of 1,893 administrative procedures for providing online information services; in which the provincial level has 349 administrative procedures, the district level has 82 administrative procedures, the commune level has 73 administrative procedures.
