A Korean company seeks investment opportunities in province

Park Kyung Shik, general director of Korean’s KKC Company, the investor of pharmaceutical product material field yesterday visited southern Binh Duong province to learn about investment opportunities at the locality. The provincial People’s Committee vice chairman Tran Thanh Liem and reps of relevant agencies welcomed the delegation.

At the reception, Park Kyung Shik, said KKC is one of Korea’s large scale trade companies, specializing in offering pharmaceutical products and materials for medicine and cosmetic production for markets of Korea, EU and China.

Through the visit, he realized Vietnam’s great potential in the field and wished to build a plant in Binh Duong province to offer materials of pharmaceutical products for Vietnam market and export. Initially, KKC will need about 1,000sqm and about US$2mil for the investment.

Tran Thanh Liem said that Binh Duong has paid attention to the field and pledged to facilitate the company’s operation in the locality.
