The local allocation of basic construction capital in 2011 is at VND3,300bil. Implementing Government’s Resolution 11, the province will strictly cut 10% of investment from the State budget. Accordingly, basic construction field in the locality will be cut about VND330bil.

The provincial People’s Committee chairman Le Thanh Cung, new projects in shortage of conditions and unessential projects will be cut 10% of investment.

However, the chairman noted that the locality would adjust investment properly for the final half of this year if inflation curbed.
