To celebrate the 11^th national Youth Union Congress for the 2017-2022 tenure, provincial Youth Union has coordinated with provincial Support Center for Young Workers to organize a variety of practical programs for young workers, contributing to improving their spiritual and material lives.

In order to raise workers’ awareness of traffic safety, provincial Youth Union and Support Center for Young Workers have just jointly held the 2017 propaganda program on traffic safety and festival “workers with traffic safety” with significant activities, including a talk show on young workers with traffic culture, a competition on safe driving, a photo exhibition on traffic safety…The event aimed to raise young workers’ awareness of implementing the Law on Road Traffic.

Gifts for young workers with difficult circumstances at the fifth young workers’ market-day in Tan Uyen town’s Khanh Binh ward

Last week, provincial Youth Union also joined hands with provincial Support Center for Young Workers to show a documentary film on the history of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union at the fifth market-day for young workers in Tan Uyen town’s Khanh Binh ward. On this occasion, the organizers offered gifts to young workers with difficult circumstances.

Possibly speaking, the fifth market-day for young workers continued brought workers a space for entertainment and shopping in line with their income. It also contributed to making dissemination of information about the campaign of “Vietnamese people give priority to using Vietnamese goods” among young workers taking jobs at province-based industrial parks while helping them choose products safely and economically. Whilst, provincial Support Center for Young Workers presented 1,000 cake boxes and 3,000 discount vouchers of Milna brand to young workers.

Such these apart, provincial Youth Union and Support Center for Young Workers have jointly organized many sports festivals for workers. The 2017 provincial sports festival for young workers was held by the two units at the My Phuoc Industrial Park-based Ecolake urban area and the My Phuoc 1 Industrial Park-based Hoang Long mini-football ground, absorbing 15 units. The sports festival took place animatedly with events, comprising of football, swimming, tug-of-war, bag jumping…

Do Van Phung, Director of provincial Support Center for Young Workers said: “In response to the 30-day peak emulation campaign in celebration of the 11^th national Youth Union congress, the center will continue organizing propaganda activities and diversifying cultural-sports activities, contributing to taking care of workers’ lives; simultaneously strengthen a task of uniting and gathering young workers effectively”.
