Administration reform rejects over 100 unnecessary procedures

After launching a project No.30 on simplifying administration procedures, Binh Duong has facilitated bodies and individuals’ administration procedure approach and implementation to improve efficiency of the State management and spur socio-economic development as well as control corruption and wastefulness.

Over years, planning, business and transfer land as well as immigration in Ben Cat district’s Thoi Hoa commune have made local party committee and authorities pay a special attention. To solve numerous works, the local authorities has applied managerial software into judicial and land survey fields. The improvement is pleased local residents.

Possibly speaking, the project 30 completed its second phase. Right after launching the project, leaders of district, towns, communes, wards and townships across province realize goal, significance and importance of the project. Concluding the second phase, Binh Duong simplified 1,125 administration procedures, winning 59.5%.

The project’s initial success has helped sectors and localities control the number of administration procedures on all areas under their management, ensure transparency of implementation, time and cost. The provincial People’s Committee vice chairman Huynh Van Nhi, said ending the second phase of the project, Binh Duong rejected over 100 unnecessary documents, reducing time and expense for people, businesses and State agencies.

Administration procedures publicized on local websites

For the first time, a common database on administration procedures relating to business and social life is publicized on local online websites. This is the most adequate database on administration procedures. Therefore, costs for business are reduced significantly, spurring investments and placing jobs for the society.

The results have helped leaders control the number of existent administration procedures, contributing to ensure smooth operation of state agencies and to help people and businesses supervise officials and public servants’ public tasks as well as prevent corruption.
