According to Di An Town Labor Union and upon its grasping up status of non-state enterprises after Tet holiday, the quantity of workers returning to their positions is stable comparing to previous years.  Opportunities are various for job seekers in the year Trung Thanh Joint Stock Company, a specialized establishment of mineral mining for construction materials in Tan Dong Hiep Ward, was prominent in the list of high rate of workers returning to their positions.For previous year, the company suffered 15% of delayed returning workers after Tet. This year, on February 7, all the workers were back to their positions initiating a favorable year.Mr. Pham Thanh Khoi, an administrative officer of the company, said that labor status of the company was more stable with about 10% of annual leaves after Tet.Thus, the company had its first good working days for a year of sustainable development.Under general estimation, over 70% of factory workers in Di An Town were offered free transportation home, reducing their delayed returning to work.Besides, workers are now more aware of longer stay with companies instead of constant job switching.Ms. Bui Thi Huong, a worker to Triumph Vietnam Co. Ltd. In Song Than 1 Industrial Park said: “I realized that only stable stay can yield high salary. We have to be studious to be employed while job switching requires fresh start every time.”Enterprises may not be thirst for labor this year; however, they have fallen to employ more to sustain production and business expansion.Cuong Thinh Woodwork Co. Ltd., for example, not thirst for labor, is seeking for more laborers to resolve increasing orders for the year. Mr. Ngo Manh Hon, an administrative officer of the company informed of more employment with no less than 20 application reception a day.As informed by Di An Town Branch of Provincial Center for Job Creation, hundreds of enterprises have registered for labor recruits up to 200-300 workers with average payments of VND 3.5 to 5 million a month.The employment varied from driver to accountants, officers, cooks, among others.
