As the worker of an electricity company, Nam knew about this new city right from the first months of its construction. At that time, he and his wife encountered many difficulties in life. They then left their hometown, Quang Binh province, to begin a new living in HCMC. Nam had to work hard, but his income was not enough for expenditures in life. After that, the couple decided to arrive at Phu Chanh A resettlement area in the new city of Binh Duong to open a sweet soup shop with the initial capital of merely VND2mil. After two years of opening the sweet soup shop, the couple has monthly earned a fair income.

The couple has presently possessed 2 shoe stores in the new city.

It is clear that the new city of Binh Duong spreads chances of making wealth for many people. In 2009, Bui Truong Bien decided to sell his house in Phu Loi ward to make a new business start-up in the new city. The determination made relatives and friends surprised and some of them opposed him. “I am a construction engineer. I just opened my private company at that time. After a thorough research and information grasp, I determined to become one of the first residents of this young city”, Bien explained.

After 4 years of operation, Bien’s Phuc Bien construction company has presently placed jobs for hundreds of engineers and workers. In addition, Bui Truong Bien has helped people settle down in the new city.

With the modest capital source in the first period of establishment, his company has created many jobs for laborers. He just bought a land lot to build his new house in the young city. He said that Binh Duong has become an ideal location for turning dream of making wealth come true in a short time.
