Binh Duong has 42 exam councils for 10th grade entrance exam in 2022-2023 school year

On May 30, provincial Department of Education and Training (DoET) held a conference to deploy examination work for the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2022-2023 school year at Vo Minh Duc high school.

In the 2022-2023 academic year, further improving the quality of enrollment at the beginning of the school year and ensuring the streamline of pupils after graduating from junior high schools, provincial DoET has planned to recruit 70% of students who have registered for the 10^th grade entrance exam to public high schools. In the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2022-2023 school year, the province has 42 examination councils with 19,687 candidates and 811 exam rooms located at 42 high schools and junior high schools in the province.

Candidates will take tests for 3 compulsory subjects: mathematics, literature and English. For those seeking admission to Hung Vuong high school for the gifted, they must take a test in one more subject of their choice.

At the conference, provincial DoET implemented exam regulations for leaders of exam councils while asking for them to coordinate with functional forces to well ensure Covid-19 prevention and control during the entrance exam…
