The State management on mineral natural resources, planning and licensing of mineral exploitation have been implemented adequately, contributing to stabilize operation of mineral exploitation. Exploitation and proper use and thrift of mineral natural resources have been paid much attention.

However, management and protection of mineral natural resources remain restrictions of poor management, illegal exploitation of minerals and so on.

In order to implement the Politburo’s Resolution 02-NQ/TW dated April 25, 2011 on orientating strategy of mineral and mineral exploitation industry till 2020 and vision 2030 as well as to improve shortcomings, the provincial party committee issued the Instruction 25-CT/TU on spurring management and protection of mineral natural resources and asked all level sectors to focus on key tasks for management and protection of mineral natural resources in the locality in the coming time.

Furthermore, mass media should boost dissemination on the Party’s instructions and policies on management and protection of mineral natural resources as well as honor new factors and typical models in implementing the Resolution 02-NQ-TW in the locality…
