Boosting inspection, supervision over real estate market

2020 is the final year in completing the sector’s program for the 2016-2020 period, according to provincial Department of Construction (DoC). Hence, provincial DoC will continue being proactive to consider and put forward solutions to promote the local real estate market.

Provincial DoC will also strengthen inspection, supervision of executing regulations on housing, real estate market in the province. In addition, provincial DoC will further research, propose solutions to promote social housing in the urban area
