Nearly 1,000 bright examples named

This is an impressive figure because the contest takes place in a short time. Compared to the previous contests, this contest lured numerous entries from laborers, students, pupils, youths inside and outside the province. Accordingly, each entry contained lively stories of bright examples. A bright example of Tran Thi Cam Quyen, the 2nd grader of Phu Long primary school in Thuan An town is the youngest example whilst Nguyen Van Thien, 77 in Binh An ward in Di An town is the oldest example.

According to the organizing board, writings focused thoroughly on content and lay-out. Most of the entries were depicted attractively and clearly with numerous photos. Di An district youth union is the unit having the most entries with 496.

Warm love with characters

Overall, every bright example referred in the writings has typical characters. Most of the bright examples are written about poor-but-excellent students, patients, typical youths and so on. 

Assessing the contest, Binh Duong Newspaper deputy editor Ho Thi Hien, said “the contest’s attraction is expanded. This is really an interesting meeting of bright examples. Through the contest, many cases are found out to urge sympathy, assistance from donors”.

Aside from granting prizes to excellent contestants, Binh Duong Newspaper in cooperation with Young Ambassador Group donated unexpectedly gifts to 10 specially underprivileged circumstances through entries of contestants.
