The South Korean-invested Charm Engineering Co.Ltd., on Jan.6, inaugurated the sample houses of the Charm Plaza Song Than project in Di An district and received the registration for selling apartments in the project.

 

In the first phase, the Charm Plaza Song Than project has 404 apartments sold at between US$700 and US$800 per sq.m, including kitchen utensils, high class lighting devices, bathroom accessories…

 

Sacombank and Shinhan Vina are two units giving financial support for clients when buying the project’s apartments. It is known that many clients at home and abroad visited the project’s sample houses and registered to buy apartments herein.

 

It is expected that the investor of the Charm Plaza Song Than project will hand over apartments to its clients on December, 2012.
