In 2022, despite many difficulties and challenges, especially after the Covid-19 pandemic, the implementation of local political tasks gained important results. The district's socio-economic sectors continued to have good changes, people’ lives were improved, national defense and security were guaranteed. This is the effort and determination of the whole political system, people, and business community, including mass mobilization work that contributes to improving the responsibility of local authorities, creating strong changes to be close to the grassroots, close to the people, better serving the people.

One of the key contents of mass mobilization that is regularly implemented by Party committees and authorities at all levels in Dau Tieng district, is the effective implementation of the government mass mobilization according to Directive No. 49-CT/ TU dated 25th September 2015 of the Provincial Party Committee on improving the efficiency of mass mobilization of State agencies at all levels and Directive No. 33/CT-TTg dated 26th November 2021 of the Prime Minister on strengthening and renew mass mobilization in administrative agencies, authorities at all levels in the new situation in the district associated with the implementation of office regulations.

Accordingly, state agencies from districts to communes and townships have well performed the work of receiving people and settling complaints and denunciations, improving conciliation work at the grassroots level. In addition, the District Party Mass Mobilization Board coordinated with other branches and units, such as: medical centers, Agriculture and Rural Development Bank - Dau Tieng branch, Urban Management Office, District People's Court... to collect the public’s comments and opinions. As a result, 3,628 comments were collected. The police, education - training, natural resources and environment branches collected 6,389 comments of the people.

According to the District Party Mass Mobilization Board, after listening to people's opinions, there has been a clear change in attitude, awareness, and work style of public employees towards the people; public employees pay attention to the people's opinions, respect the people, be close to the people, understand the people's thoughts and aspirations, and emphasize advocacy and persuasion as contacting and working with the people.

Create consensus in society

In order to strengthen grassroots democracy and create consensus among the people, the District Party Mass Mobilization Board advised the District Party Committee to issue a plan for dialogue between Party and government leaders and the people according to Regulation No. 10-QC/TU dated 18th January 2018 of Provincial Party Committee, and hold a meeting between the District Party Secretary and people in the district about "Environmental management and management and use of semi-submerged areas along Thi Tinh river".

In addition, the district also collected the public’s opinions and suggestions to report to the conference between the District People's Committee’s Chairman and the district people about administrative procedure handling related to land and road management.

In 2022, all communes and towns in the district held dialogue conferences according to Regulation No.10 of the Provincial Party Committee with a total of more than 1,300 participants. At the conferences, leaders of Party committees and authorities answered many people’s questions of online public services at level 3 and 4; cultural, artistic and sports movements; construction management, urban order; administrative procedure reform; administrative management related to land, the issuance of certificates of land use rights; settlement of regimes and policies... that concerned many people.

In addition, some activities of health care were also reflected by the people in dialogue conferences, such as health insurance; vaccination against Covid-19; medical examination, treatment and health care for people...

Nguyen Thi Anh Tuyet, Head of the District Party Mass Mobilization Board, Chairwoman of the District Fatherland Front Committee, said that in 2022, the DistrictParty Mass Mobilization Board together with the Fatherland Front and grassroots mass mobilization blocs carried out extensive propagation and popularization in various forms among civil servants and the masses about guidelines of the Party, policies and laws of the State; continued to launch patriotic emulation movements; actively and creatively mobilized all classes of people to respond to labor emulation, production and economic development, together striving to build cultural life in residential areas, building effective new rural construction. Thereby, contributing to the effective implementation of socio-economic development tasks in the district.

Good results achieved in mass mobilization work of the district are the basis for Dau Tieng district to continue to innovate the content, improve the quality and efficiency of the mass mobilization work. Thereby, strengthening the close relationship between the Party and the people, strengthening the people's trust in the Party and State; promote the people’s role in building a clean and strong Party and government; promote democracy, patriotic emulation movements.
