Department of Industry and Trade surveys epidemic prevention control at Thanh An industrial cluster

Provincial Department of Industry and Trade conducted a survey and check the situation of epidemic prevention and control at Thanh An industrial cluster in Dau Tieng district. The delegation surveyed the actual situation of epidemic prevention control at Phu Dinh Company and An Duong Company. These are two foreign-invested enterprises specializing in wooden furniture production with more than 1,500 workers. To ensure production safety, these two enterprises have implemented basic solutions to prevent and control the Covid-19, such as establishing a steering committee at the company, strictly complying with the "5K" regulation, regularly spraying disinfectants at areas with a large number of workers, setting up preventive isolation areas...

Nguyen Thanh Ha, Deputy Director of Department of Industry and Trade, recommended that businesses needed to take the initiative in response plans at each level, and said that inspection activities are aimed at raising the sense of vigilance and proactive epidemic prevention for businesses as well as workers in industrial clusters in the area. Thereby, providing guidance and timely handling of possible epidemic-related situations; ensuring meeting requirements of epidemic prevention control and stabilizing production and business activities of each enterprise.
