Binh Duong ranks in top 8 for citizen and business service index

In the first six months of the year, provincial People's Committee issued various programs, plans to implement projects and engage in information technology activities; enhance the use of common platform systems, establish two district-level Intelligent Operation Centers (IOCs), launch provincial Digital Transformation Center. Digital transformation activities in enterprises are also being accelerated. Provincial IOC continues monitoring and building sectoral data systems.

As of the end of May 2024, the proportion of full online public service procedures reached 52.6%. Binh Duong is now ranked in the Top 8 in the Citizen and Business Service Index for administrative procedures and real-time public service provision in the electronic environment.
