*”Giving strength to exam season” squads deployed

Early June 25, provincial Steering Committee for the 2024 national high school graduation exam held a conference to implement supervision work for the exam at Vo Minh Duc High School in Thu Dau Mot city.

At the conference, delegates were informed of several new points of this year's exam and were guided on professional skills required for organizing, supervising and inspecting the exam. Provincial Steering Committee for the exam emphasized that staff and teachers involved in exam supervision must uphold their responsibilities and strictly adhere to their duties under the "4 correct-s, 3 no-s" principle (4 correct-s: Correct regulations and exam guidelines; correct and complete procedures; correct positions and assigned duties; correct time to promptly handle unusual situations. 3 no-s: No negligence or subjectivity; no excessive stress or pressure; no unauthorized handling of unusual situations). They must also thoroughly explain the exam’s regulations to candidates, ensure good coordination and prepare contingency plans to be ready to respond to unexpected situations.

Delegates also received a special presentation from provincial Police on "Using technical means to conduct exam fraud and methods to identify and handle exam violations”…

The 2024 national high school graduation exam in Binh Duong is under the exam council No.44, with 15,273 candidates participating at 29 exam sites (including one reserve site) with 643 exam rooms. The exam will take place from June 26 to 29, with June 29 designated as the reserve exam day. This will be the final exam for students under the 2006 general education program.

*On the same day, provincial Youth Union Standing Committee and Student Association jointly organized training and deployment of the 2024 “giving strength to exam season” program.

At the training session, provincial Youth Union and Student Association awarded eight scholarships to 12th graders who have overcome difficulties to excel in their studies before the 2024 national high school exam. They also conducted training for volunteer students participating in the “giving strength to exam season” squads.

This year, the whole province has 19 “giving strength to exam season” squads, with nearly 1,000 Youth Union members and students supporting at 18 exam sites across the province.
