In two days of June 20 and 21, Department of Justice held an conference to launch Law on Labor and Law on Labor Union and their guiding documents to support enterprises with legal knowledge in the province.The Law on Labor was approved by National Assembly of Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the third session of the 13th tenure on June 18, 2012, coming into force from and on May 1 with renewals of mothering leave, generalized payroll, and 10-day holiday for the employed and working people.Reported by Nguyen Hau – Translated by Vi Bao
