In 2011, Party Committee for bloc of enterprises has projected that at least 4 party cells should be established as part of corner-stone targets in the year.

The targets set forward include:

 

Party cell of Saigon-Binh Duong Investment JSC is announced.

-       Establishment of 4 party cells;

-       Admission of at least 160 new party members of which 30 are from non-state enterprises;

-       Opening of 4 training courses to admit new members to the Party;

-       Guidelines of member quality assessment;

-       Improved activities of the Youth Union and labor union to attract more participation;

The mentioned targets are divided into stages with steps and measure close to circumstances. For instance, the propaganda and construction of Party grassroots will be assigned to the grassroots themselves. As for non-state and joint stock enterprises, tasks of propaganda and education are assigned to officials, Party members, and the employees. It is also noticeable that the activities will be consulted with boards of management to develop the Party cells and protect rights of the members.

As a result, a new Party cell is born in the beginning of 2011. By thorough preparation, Party Committee for bloc of enterprises has helped to announce a party cell established in Saigon-Binh Duong Investment JSC in a worry-free move as Secretary Tran Van Phuc assumed that the members of this Party cell are experienced in activities in line with principles and regulations of the Party.

The preliminary achievement is a highlight creating momentum for establishment of Party cells as well as success of the year’s plan.
