Effective collective economic model built in Thuan An Town

In 2014, Thuan An Town Farmer Association has endorsed additionally 7 cooperative groups with 87 members to add up to totally 32 local groups with 368 members. The groups include bean sprout group, ornament plant group, ornament fish group (in Lai Thieu Ward), fruit delicacy garden reforming group (in Hung Dinh Ward), group of eel rearing without mud (in Binh Nham Ward), group of safe vegetable (in Binh Hoa Ward), and manual garment making (in Binh Chuan Ward). The groups have been effective in operations for group members to meet and exchange experience of planting and husbandry.

Outside Thuan An Town was 3 commercial and service groups managing brand label of Lai Thieu Mangosteen with 31 members to introduce Lai Thieu mangosteen as endorsed by Intellectual Right Department under Ministry of Science and Technology.
