Effective initiatives from emulation movements

In response to emulation movements, local cadres and public servants and laborers have actively improved working measures, bringing many high values for their units and contributing to the local socio-economic development.

The provincial Labor Union vice chairman Nguyen Van Khuong, said laborers, cadres and public servants’ life has been over years improved, despite the global economic recession. The result is thanks to concerted efforts from authorities and agencies.  

Initiatives have created high valued products.

Emulation movements and labor initiatives and technical improvements are one of typical movements. Annually, over 300 initiatives have helped businesses save tens billions of VND. The initiatives include a solution on electricity thrift invented by Pham Tu Duc of Esprita Company or dust treatment solution invented by Nguyen Dao Hon of Rochdale Spear Vietnam Ltd…

Hon said that Rochdale Spear Vietnam Ltd. is a furniture production company. To ensure environmental hygiene and laborers’ health, he studied a dust treatment solution for furniture industry. Since his solution has been applied into reality, the company has not only improved labor capacity and product quality but ensured environmental hygiene. With the initiatives, he enjoyed recommendation from the company and Vietnam Labor Union.

Assessing efficiency of emulation movements, Khuong said that emulation movements have lured participation of over 85% of laborers on all areas. Accordingly, many excellent collectives and individuals have emerged. Many projects and initiatives have created new products with high quality, contributing to environmental protection and labor capacity increase.
