In recent years, administrative procedures reform in the province has had many positive changes, especially, serving attitude of civil servants while resolving administrative procedures of organizations and individuals. However, in fact, there are still complaints from people in some communes, wards. . To further enhance the sense of responsibility of civil servants, PPC promulgated guidance documents on the implementation of administrative reform, emphasized the role of improving awareness and responsibility of civil servants.
Mr. Mai Son Dung, Director of Department of Home Affairs, said, to enhance the sense of responsibility of civil servants, we had to realize simultaneously many measure, including focusing on propaganda, education, performing Decree 04/2015/ND of the Government dated Jan 1st 2015 regarding performing democracy in State administrative agencies and business units; Decision No 129/2007/QD/TTg of the Prime Minister dated Aug 2nd 2007 regarding office culture in State administrative agencies; Plan No 3408/KH-UBND dated Oct 3rd 2014 regarding piloting friendly government of the people, by the people, for the people, and for serving people.

To improve cadre’s sense of responsibility in handling administrative procedures and serving people, PPC directed Department of Home Affairs to open training courses of PPC’s Directive No. 01 regarding implementation of Governmental Decree 04 on the implementation of democracy in state agencies and non-state-owned business units in the province. In meetings about administrative reform, Mr. Tran Van Nam, Chairman of PPC, emphasized raising sense of responsibility of civil servants, building loyal, creative, exemplary, wholeheartedly civil servant force to serve the country, the people, contributing to building the State of the people, by the people and for the people.
According to Mr. Tran Van Nam, in last months of 2015, the province will continue to enhance administrative reform, especially administrative procedures combined with reviewing or abolishing unnecessary procedures. Simultaneously, all levels and sectors will continue to improve accountability of civil servants in performing duties, especially civil servants being charge of serving people and businesses.
