Enterprises map out plans of Tet bonus for laborers

In the afternoon of Jan. 5, Bui Thanh Nhan, vice chairman of the provincial People’s Committee said that some enterprises have thus far mapped out plans of Tet bonus for laborers. This year’s Tet bonus level will not decrease compared with the previous year. Most of big enterprises maintain Tet bonus level of one month of salary.

Meanwhile, small enterprises have yet to announce detailed levels of Tet bonus. On Jan. 10, there will be detailed and adequate statistic on local enterprises’ Tet bonus plans.   

According to the provincial Labor Union, since Jan. 1, 2015, laborers’ wage has been increased, so most of them are very excited. On this year’s Tet holiday, aside from policies of wage and bonus at enterprises, the local Labor Union has mapped out plan of granting 1,400 free bus tickets for needy workers.

In addition, the Labor Union will hold program of taking disadvantaged workers to their homeland on Tet holiday.
