Currently, 21/21 departments and agencies, 9/9 district People’s Committees are equipped standardized network infrastructure ensuring network and information safety requirements of the Ministry of Information - Communications; 91 communal People’s Committees are connected to the governmental network. Since its opening, provincial Public Administrative Center has received 15,224 records, resolved 13,616 records. The center has also operated IT equipment, basic software and hardware meeting operational and management needs at the center.
At the end, Mr. Tran Van Nam concluded, IT applications had contributed to administrative procedures reform. Therefore, in the future, some important tasks are: revising legal documents, IT targets; enhancing IT application through specific solutions and actions; investing strongly in IT activities; publicizing online public services; improving network security and privacy.
