Heavy investment in information technology development is in need 

That was the direction of Mr. Tran Van Nam, Chairman of PPC, at the meeting with provincial Steering Committee of information technology to review activities in the first 6 months, set up tasks for the last 6 months 2015; and operation results of provincial Public Administrative Center on August 10^th.

Currently, 21/21 departments and agencies, 9/9 district People’s Committees are equipped standardized network infrastructure ensuring network and information safety requirements of the Ministry of Information - Communications; 91 communal People’s Committees are connected to the governmental network. In addition, the Steering Committee completed technical infrastructure and put into use 85% categories of the project "IT Applications in the open administrative area of ​​the province”; integrated one-stop system was installed at 19 agencies; implemented digital signature…

Since its opening, provincial Public Administrative Center has received 15,224 records, resolved 13,616 records. The center has also operated IT equipment, basic software and hardware meeting operational and management needs at the center.

At the end, Mr. Tran Van Nam concluded, IT applications had contributed to administrative procedures reform. Therefore, in the future, some important tasks are: revising legal documents, IT targets; enhancing IT application through specific solutions and actions; investing strongly in IT activities; publicizing online public services; improving network security and privacy.
