In 2019, the province focus on building e-government propagation

In order to strengthen the extension and unanimity among the people, raise cadres, civil servants, public servants and people and enterprises’ awareness of the role, significance, objectives of administrative procedure reform in the province in 2019, Provincial People's Committee asked departments and agencies to disseminate main contents, such as: the renovation of solving methods of administrative procedure through OSS; information technology application and e-government construction; situation, results of receiving and handling complaints and petitions of people and enterprises on mechanisms, policies, administrative procedures.

At the same time, agencies, units and localities focus on communicating implementation results of the Government's resolutions on improving business environment and heightening national competitiveness; implementation results of the scheme on simplification of reporting regime in state administrative agencies; the improvement of meetings in management and administration activities of State administrative system; situation of receiving, handling dossiers, and returning settlement results of administrative dossiers through public post services; the application of public online services of level 3 and level 4 in the province.
