Inter-sectoral inspection delegation in environmental protection set up

Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision on the establishment of an interdisciplinary inspection delegation on the observance of the law on environmental and natural resource protection in mining, transporting and processing of construction stone in the province. Accordingly, key members of the inter-sectoral inspection delegation are leaders, officials of provincial People's Committee, departments in charge of related fields and specialized departments of localities depending on topics.

In order to ensure that natural resources and minerals are exploited and used effectively, creating the momentum for the local socio-economic development, the province has assigned functional sectors and localities to build rigorous management plans over the past time. Specifically, after granting licenses on exploitation and use of mineral resources, the province organized delegations to make inspection and inspection in order to exercise the rights and obligations to supervise and ensure the plans of tapping, transporting, processing and trading of mineral resources that must comply with regulations.
