Land registration office debuts

On April 14, the provincial department of Environment and Natural Resources held a showing-up ceremony of land registration office. Accordingly, Binh Duong land registration office includes 9 branches across towns and districts of the province.

After Ha Noi, Hai Duong, Ha Nam and Dong Nai, Binh Duong is the fifth province nationwide setting up land registration office helping local residents and enterprises save time, cut some administration procedures relating to land. The office has started its operation since April 1, 2015.

Addressing the ceremony, Tran Van Nam, chairman of the provincial People’s Committee stressed “Promoting human resources as well as infrastructure facility from offices of registering land using and property rights, Binh Duong land registration office should make effort to uphold and improve knowledge and build enthusiastic and moral cadres, public servants in service for local residents and enterprises’ demand on registering land using rights.
