Poor households receive cows from “Wonderful life” program

On April 14, the provincial Red Cross Society handed over 3 breeding cows under the “Wonderful life” program to 3 poor households in Tan Uyen and North Tan Uyen towns. These beneficiaries include Do Van Hung, Ngo Tan Toi and Hoang Chi Tam. They are needy families with the hope of breeding cows for escaping poverty.

They will take charge of taking care of mother cows until they give first calves. After that mother cows will be transferred to other needy families to continue care.

The total value of mother cows is worth VND36mn, funded by an organization in Ukraine for the “Wonderful life” program of Vietnam Television’s VTV4 channel.
