The provincial People’s Committee chairman Le Thanh Cung yesterday received Mr.Hiroshi Tsuchiya, vice director of division of Planning-Industry-Service under the Japanese Ministry of Economics-Trade and Industry and Mr.Seii Nobuhara, general director cum chairman of IBT Group. At the working session, Mr.Hiroshi Tsuchiya highly valued the province’s rapid development, especially local industrial parks’ infrastructure facilities and adding that the Japanese Ministry of Economics-Trade and Industry considered the locality a crucial partner in developing economic, urban and IT areas.

The provincial chairman applauded the ministry reps’ visit and highly appreciated Japanese investors’ capacity and believed that the Japanese investors have potentials and advantages to develop in the province.

Earlier, the provincial chairman received Youl Chon Vina Plastic JSC general director Ike Jung. This is a joint venture company between Korea and Vietnam. The company has an investment capital of US$13.5mil. At the reception, the provincial chairman highly valued the company’s operation.
